Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Gemiq website and AI tools at https://gemiq.dev (the “Service”), operated by UAB KANAPENA, company code 305916480, Trakų r. sav., Aukštadvario sen., Krasnapolio k., Didžioji g. 22, LT-21281, Lithuania (“Gemiq”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

1. Accounts

You must be 18 or older. Provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at [email protected] about any unauthorised use.

2. The Service

Gemiq gives access to AI tools for writing, code, images, video, music and marketing through one interface. Some tools rely on third-party AI models (e.g. GPT, Gemini, Claude, Suno, Flux); their availability may change. We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service.

3. Your content

• Input: you keep your rights in what you submit. You grant us a licence to process it and send it to third-party AI models only to provide the Service.

• Output: to the extent we hold any rights in what the Service generates for you, they are yours, provided you comply with these Terms.

• AI Output may be inaccurate, non-original, or similar to output given to others. We don’t guarantee it is accurate, original or protectable. You are responsible for checking Output before using it.

• We do not use your Input or Output to train our own models.

4. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Don’t use the Service for anything illegal, harmful, infringing, or to abuse or attack the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

5. Payment

AI tools are metered in tokens, bought as one-time packages in euro on our Pricing page. Prices may exclude applicable taxes (VAT added where required). Payment is handled by third-party providers. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, software, design and the “Gemiq” name are owned by us or our licensors. You get a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service. Don’t copy, resell or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service and Output are provided “as is” without warranties, to the extent allowed by law. AI Output is not professional (legal, medical, financial) advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or EUR 100, whichever is greater. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

8. Termination

You may close your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or the AUP, or where required by law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms and will give notice of material changes. Continued use means acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Lithuanian law. Disputes go to the courts of Lithuania; if you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections and courts of your country of residence. If you are a consumer, you may also refer a dispute to Lithuania’s State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT, https://vvtat.lt) as the out-of-court dispute resolution body; consumers in other EU countries can get help via the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net).
